Does it need to be filled with water?

Yes. just fill it up at the back whenever the water runs out and you're good to go!

Note: To prevent malfunction, avoid letting water into the charging port on the side.

Does it need batteries?

Nope! Just plug it in with the included USB cable and a little red light should turn on. When the light turns off, it's finished charging!

How long does the battery last?

Yes. The blades are made from rubber so will not cause harm if touched, however, we advise against holding within 20cm of your face, eyes or hair.

The blades came detached... What do I do?

Ensure each component is pushed in properly when attaching the fan blades to the body to prevent rattling or malfunction.

I bought 4 of these fans (one for my husband and 2 daughters) and let me tell you.. They are totally worth the money! We took these to Thailand in June and they were our saving grace. The charge lasts a long time and the mist is super fine that you don't really get wet but still get the cooling effect. Surprisingly the water in the little tank lasts a good while too. If you are going to be outside in the heat this summer, don't think just buy these! Thank me later.

Bought for a summer trip to Japan and works perfectly. I brought it every day and really was refreshing.
