Does the fan need to be filled with water?

Yes. just fill it up at the back whenever the water runs out and you're good to go!

Note: To prevent malfunction, avoid letting water into the charging port on the side.

Does the fan need batteries?

Nope! Just plug it in with the included USB cable and a little red light should turn on. When the light turns off, it's finished charging!

Yes. The blades are made from rubber so will not cause harm if touched, however, we advise against holding within 20cm of your face, eyes or hair.

The fan blades came detached... What do I do?

Ensure each component is pushed in properly when attaching the fan blades to the body to prevent rattling or malfunction.

I overheat a lot and find that most portable fans don’t actually get the job done. This one though is an exception! This has helped a lot through the combination of high fan work and soothing mist! I would recommend giving it a go to test it for yourself
