Return & Refund Policy
Change-of-Mind
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging - you will be required to send photo/video proof of this. You’ll also need to provide the order confirmation email for proof of purchase.
Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order and contact us within 30 days of receiving it if the item is defective or damaged - you will be required to send photo/video proof of this. You’ll also need to provide the order confirmation email for proof of purchase.
Returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that there is no restocking fee, however, it is your responsibility to cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
